“I have had the privilege of working alongside the team on various real estate development projects. Their strong commercial acumen, strategic approach and commitment to excellence are evident with clear understanding of the complexities of real estate development, coupled with a high level of professionalism, integrity and accountability. We look forward to our continued partnership”

“SKC Global is an invaluable and visionary partner. They have been an early believer in co-living, and have leveraged their deep real estate expertise to re-develop a portfolio of underused heritage shophouses into high end studios, hugely raising the quality benchmark in the neighborhood. SKC Global’s comprehensive servicing and rigorous asset management made operations frictionless for our team. They consistently deliver properties that allow us to focus entirely on elevating the tenant experience, and we look forward to continued collaboration in the future.”
