Four decades ago, our Chairman, Mr Soh, began his journey as a contractor. Through hard work, long hours and hands-on experience, he built his foundation in the construction trade one project at a time.
With experience came ambition. Mr Soh took a bold step beyond contracting and into property investment, acquiring his first property and laying the foundation for what would become a broader vision. Along the way, setbacks became lessons, experiences shaped judgement, and every challenge strengthened his conviction to build with greater purpose and planning.
Driven by an unwavering work ethic and a deep passion for development, Mr Soh gradually expanded his vision from construction into landed residential, commercial and real estate.

Growing up around active job sites gave Sky Soh (Executive Director) an early, real-world exposure to the property and construction trade. Experiencing the reality of job sites at a young age gave him a deep, practical respect for what it takes to bring a project to life. He saw firsthand the sweat, the setbacks, and the teamwork required to build something lasting.
